Choosing State Farm years ago, like many, was a financial decision, but John DeGirolamo and his State Farm team have provided exceptional service. “It’s the little things,” speaks volumes here. John feels more like a distant relative. We rarely speak, but receiving that birthday postcard is a nice gesture that conveys, “I appreciate your business, and you.” On the rare occasion I do have to call, it’s so refreshing to be able to connect directly to John, or a team member, and not an IVR prompt. I cannot emphasize enough that big things, like insurance coverage, are important, but little things matter. John DeGirolamo and his team have you covered for both!"
