"I was a loyal customer for over five years and always paid my car insurance six months in advance — even though I now realize I was being overcharged. When I was involved in a collision and filed a claim, I was hit with a $1,000 deductible and then given a shockingly low damage estimate. The repair ended up costing me an additional $948 out of pocket. I went to the office in person to try and resolve things, but John was unavailable. I was told to call a separate number, which led absolutely nowhere. Not once did John personally reach out to me, and the staff I did speak to showed little concern or urgency, leaving me feeling completely dismissed and brushed off. Maybe if you have multiple policies, you’ll get better service — but in my case, I was treated like I didn’t matter. After years of loyalty, this experience made it clear I was just another number. I’ll never return here — if I’m going to be taken advantage of, I can do that with any other insurance company."

"John and his staff at State Farm are extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Recently had an auto insurance claim and used a repair shop outside their normal network. The process was seamless and State Farm worked directly with the shop to adjust the original payment on the claim when the scope of work was bigger than anticipated. Start to finish a first class process from agent and company."
