ABOUT OUR AGENCYI became a State Farm Agent in 1983 at just 23 years old, and over the past four decades, I’ve built an agency focused on service, trust, and community. Today, I lead a dedicated team of five, including three bilingual team members who help us better serve our diverse customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish (required).
Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
