Position Overview
Our insurance agency is seeking a licensed Account Associate to support current customers with their insurance needs. In this remote role, you’ll answer questions, process payments and policy changes, provide quotes, and follow up on important account items.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to providing friendly, accurate service while identifying opportunities to help customers with additional coverage.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with policy questions and service requests.
  • Process payments and contact customers by phone or text regarding late payments.
  • Update auto policies, including adding, replacing, or changing vehicles.
  • Provide quotes for current customers purchasing vehicles or making coverage changes.
  • Quote and assist with renters insurance policies.
  • Process mortgage company changes and maintain accurate account information.
  • Review and follow up on underwriting memos and required documentation.
  • Send renewal reminders and follow up with customers.
  • Complete assigned customer care tasks and document all account activity.
Qualifications
  • Active insurance license required.
  • Previous insurance customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable discussing coverage options and recognizing sales opportunities.
  • Able to work independently and stay responsive in a remote environment.

Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
